1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ooosh Limited ("Ooosh," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Access

2.1 Membership Types: We offer various membership types including private offices, hot desks, private desks, day offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

2.2 Access Rights: Your membership grants you access to our facilities according to the terms of your specific membership plan.

2.3 Membership Cards: Members will receive access cards which must be presented for entry. Lost cards may incur replacement fees.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees: Membership fees are payable monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's membership fee is required. This deposit will be returned upon successful completion of your membership term, subject to satisfactory condition of the workspace.

3.3 Late Payment: Late payments may result in suspension of access and additional fees.

3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. Use of Facilities

Members agree to:

• Use facilities in a professional and respectful manner
• Comply with all posted rules and regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
• Respect other members and maintain a quiet working environment
• Not sublease or transfer membership without written permission
• Keep assigned spaces clean and organized

5. Termination

5.1 By Member: Members may terminate their membership with 30 days' written notice.

5.2 By Ooosh: We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.

5.3 Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial months or early termination, except as required by law.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Personal Property: Ooosh is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6.2 Insurance: Members are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for personal property and liability.

6.3 Limitation of Liability: Ooosh's liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the preceding three months.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our facilities remain the property of Ooosh Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

9. Force Majeure

Ooosh shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
