1. Membership and Access

1.1 Membership Types

We offer various membership plans including private offices, hot desks, private desks, day offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Each plan grants access to our facilities in accordance with its specific terms and conditions.

1.2 Access Rights

Your membership grants you access to our facilities according to the terms of your specific membership plan. Access is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 Membership Cards

Members will receive access cards which must be presented for entry. Lost or damaged cards may incur a replacement fee. Members are responsible for the security of their access credentials.

2. Payment Terms

• Fees: Membership fees are payable monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's membership fee is required upon sign-up. This deposit will be returned upon successful completion of your membership term, subject to satisfactory condition of the workspace.
• Late Payment: Late payments may result in suspension of access and may incur additional administrative fees.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to the member.
• Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial months or early termination, except as required by applicable law.

3. Use of Facilities

By using our facilities, members agree to:

• Use all facilities in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner
• Comply with all posted rules, regulations, and staff instructions
• Not engage in any illegal, disruptive, or offensive activities on the premises
• Respect fellow members and maintain a productive working environment
• Not sublease, share, or transfer membership access without prior written permission
• Keep assigned spaces clean, tidy, and free of damage
• Report any damage, safety concerns, or incidents to staff promptly

4. Termination

• By Member: Members may terminate their membership with 30 days' written notice submitted to our team.
• By Ooosh: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to other members or staff.
• Upon Termination: All access rights will cease immediately upon termination. Members must return all access cards and remove personal belongings from the premises.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Personal Property: Ooosh Limited is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal property brought onto the premises.
• Insurance: Members are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for personal property, business equipment, and general liability.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ooosh's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of membership fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website, app, and within our facilities remain the exclusive property of Ooosh Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any such materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). By using our services, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

Ooosh Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, utility failures, or acts of third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
