Hot desks start from HK$150 per day, subject to location. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans are also available at reduced rates. There is no setup fee and your security deposit is refundable.
Standard Hot Desk passes follow each location's business hours: Central, Monday to Friday 10am–6:30pm; Island East and Lai Chi Kok, Monday to Friday 9:30am–6:30pm. 24/7 Hot Desk passes give round-the-clock access, including public holidays.
Hot desks are available from a single day upward — daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans are all offered. Private desks and private offices require a minimum monthly commitment.
Service contracts are required for Private Offices, Private Desks, 24/7 Hot Desk Passes, non-office hour meeting room bookings, and Event Space bookings. Day Offices and all standard hot desk passes do not require a service contract.
Your membership fee covers all the essentials: electricity, management fees, government rent and rates, internet, landline services, pantry supplies, and basic cleaning. Depending on your membership type, you might also enjoy perks like printing quotas and meeting room credits. There are no move-in or move-out fees.
Members with Private Office, Private Desk, and 24/7 Hot Desk Passes enjoy 24/7 access including public holidays. Day Offices and standard Hot Desk members have access during business hours.
Your membership and workspace access are based at the one location you sign up with. Private Office and Private Desk members can also use the meeting room credits included in their plan to book meeting rooms at any of our three locations: Central, Island East and Lai Chi Kok.
Absolutely. Guests are welcome to hang out in the reception area, or if they need to join you in the workspace, pick up a hot desk pass or book a meeting room for them. Private and Day Office members can have guests within the capacity limits of their office.
There are no onboarding, administrative, or activation fees when you join Ooosh. You pay your membership and a refundable security deposit — nothing else upfront.
TCSP stands for Trust or Company Service Provider. Ooosh is a licensed TCSP under Hong Kong's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615), licensed by the Companies Registry, to provide registered office address services. Members using an Ooosh address as their business address are required to complete a standard KYC procedure in compliance with this licence.
